Delivery Method

We offer Express Delivery for your order.
  • Usually ship by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Normally you can get the dress in 7-14 bussiness days.
  • Express delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the distance it is being shipped.
  • Some country or area we provide free shipping. If need to charge actual delivery rates that will calculated when the order is placed.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is affected by customs and global weather. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact our customer service before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline. Please note: you may be required to pay customs fees in order to receive the package within your country.

Return Policy

  • Size issues are not within the scope of return and exchange. Only product quality issues are accepted for return and exchange. Please confirm size according to our size chart carefully, or contact our customer service for specific size recommendations.
  • Contact our customer service before processing a refund/exchange. And need to provide proof that the quality problem already occurred when you received the dress.
  • Returns and exchanges must be posted within 7 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
  • All returns must be received in their originally condition.
